Roll-off dumpster staged on a residential driveway for a cleanout or remodel in Gilbert, AZ

Residential Dumpster Rental across Gilbert and Maricopa County

Gilbert has grown from a small farm town of under 2,000 people in 1970 into one of the fastest-growing communities in the country, now estimated at roughly 287,000 residents and ranking as Arizona's fourth most populous municipality. That kind of growth shows up on our phone in two very different ways: newer homes in the growth corridor near projects like Heritage Park and The Gilmore generating standard remodel and move-in/move-out debris, and older properties closer to the Heritage District -- home to real early-1900s buildings like the 1913 Gilbert Elementary School, now the Gilbert Historical Museum -- where a renovation tends to turn up denser, older building material than a newer build ever sees.

Either way, because we own our trucks and run our own crew out of our 3252 S 147th Pl yard, there is no third-party dispatcher relaying your request to someone else -- you talk to us, and we show up.

How it works

A straightforward process, start to finish

The same five steps whether it is a driveway cleanout or a live jobsite swap.

  1. 1

Call and tell us the job

One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the box needs to sit and when you need it. No forms, no waiting on an email.

  2. 2

We size it and quote it flat

You get one number covering delivery, the rental period, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so.

  3. 3

Delivered on boards, where you want it

The driver walks the spot with you, lays protection under the rails and sets the container square in the driveway, curb lane or job site.

  4. 4

    Load at your own pace

Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.

  5. 5

We haul it and sort it right

Clean concrete, metal and yard waste get routed for recovery rather than buried wherever we can. You get your driveway or curb back the way you left it.

Built for cleanouts, remodels and renovations

Whole-home cleanouts, garage and attic purges, kitchen and bath remodels, and older-home renovations near the Heritage District all generate more debris than curbside pickup can handle. A remodel on an older, century-adjacent Gilbert property tends to turn up plaster, older lumber and heavier building material than a newer home in the growth corridor near Heritage Park or The Gilmore ever produces -- our sizing conversation accounts for that kind of denser debris, not just square footage.

Tell us the scope on the phone and we will recommend a size that matches both the volume of the job and the weight allowance that comes with it, so you are not guessing.

Placed where it works for your property

Keeping the container entirely on your own driveway or property is generally the simplest path and typically does not require a permit. If you need it to sit in the street or public right-of-way instead, that is a question for the Town of Gilbert's Development Services/Permitting division -- we have not found a published dumpster-specific fee or process for Gilbert, so we recommend calling the town directly before a street placement, and we are glad to help you figure out which situation applies.

We set the container on protective boards so it does not damage your driveway, and we ask that clean metal, masonry and untreated wood be kept loose rather than buried under everything else -- an easy habit to build into how you load, and one that keeps more of your debris out of the landfill altogether.

Answers

Residential Dumpster Rental -- your questions

What size dumpster is best for a home remodel?

A 15 or 20 yard covers most bathroom remodels, flooring jobs and single-room renovations. For a larger renovation or a whole-home project, a 30 yard is usually the better fit -- tell us the scope and we will land on the right size.

Do I need a permit to put a dumpster in my driveway?

Keeping the container entirely on your own driveway or property generally does not require a permit. Placing it in the street or public right-of-way is a different situation and a question for the Town of Gilbert's Development Services/Permitting division -- call us if you are not sure which applies to your job.

We're renovating an older home near the Heritage District -- does that change the size we need?

Often, yes. Older building stock tends to produce heavier debris per room than a newer build -- plaster, older-growth lumber and denser materials add up faster than drywall and modern framing. Tell us the age and scope of the home and we will size around the denser load.

What can't go in a residential dumpster?

Hazardous items -- chemicals, fuels, batteries and refrigerants among them -- are the standard exclusions; Gilbert's own Household Hazardous Waste Facility on Queen Creek Road is the right stop for those. Ask us about your specific job and we will guide you on the right disposal option for anything that does not belong in the box.

Will a roll-off damage my driveway?

We set every container on protective boards under the rails before it touches your driveway, and our driver walks the exact spot with you before it comes off the truck.
