Chandler sits just west of Gilbert -- a major East Valley tech hub named for the veterinarian who developed its original townsite, and one of the shorter drives on our route.

Chandler was incorporated on February 16, 1920 by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, and takes its name from Alexander J. Chandler, a Canadian veterinarian who began developing an 18,000-acre townsite there in 1912. Today the city carries a 2025 population estimate of 278,748, making it Arizona's 4th-most-populous city. Chandler has grown into a genuine tech and corporate hub, home to major employers including Intel, Northrop Grumman, Wells Fargo, PayPal and Boeing, and the city holds the highest percentage of Asian residents of any city in Arizona. Each year Chandler also hosts the long-running Chandler Ostrich Festival, one of the East Valley's most distinctive community events. Chandler runs its own Solid Waste Collection Center at 955 E. Queen Creek Road -- a genuine local anchor for anyone managing debris and disposal in the city.
Between Chandler's dense tech-corridor office parks and its steady mix of established and newer residential neighborhoods, our Commercial Dumpster Rental and Roll-Off Dumpster Rental crews stay busy in Chandler, alongside everyday Residential Dumpster Rental for cleanouts and remodels across the city.

Why GLB
Same reasons homeowners and contractors across Gilbert and Maricopa County call us for every job.
You reach a real Gilbert team, not a national dispatch queue. The person who answers knows which East Valley streets a loaded roll-off can actually turn onto and which local rules apply that day.
Delivery, the rental period, pickup and a stated tonnage allowance rolled into a single number. If something would push you over, we tell you before the truck ever leaves the yard.
Call early and most Gilbert and Maricopa County orders go out the same or next day. Live jobsite swap-outs get priority over everything else on the schedule.
CEO & Founder Randall Voss and the GLB Dumpster Rental Gilbert team coordinate every delivery out of our 3252 S 147th Pl yard — not a national dispatch desk. We know which Maricopa County roads a loaded roll-off can actually reach.
Weight fills a container long before volume does. We will talk you into the smaller can if that is the honest answer for your job.
Metals, masonry, unpainted wood, drywall, carpet and clean concrete all get routed for recovery instead of buried wherever's easiest — we will tell you what has to come out of the box before it ever reaches the scale.

Same-day is realistic on most weekday calls -- Chandler sits just west of Gilbert, one of the shorter drives from our yard. Call early and we'll confirm a firm delivery window before the truck leaves.
On your own driveway or private lot, generally no. Chandler is its own incorporated city with its own permitting department, separate from Gilbert -- a container placed in a public street or right-of-way is a question for the city rather than something we can confirm on your behalf.
Regularly. Our Commercial Dumpster Rental service covers scheduled swap-outs and flexible pickup for offices and job sites across Chandler's business-park corridor -- describe the job when you call and we'll size it right.
